Florence Myers Wallace Luncheon

The Florence Myers Wallace Luncheon provides student leaders the opportunity to share their Drake experience with faculty, administrators, and members of Drake’s Board of Trustees. Through informal and candid conversation, luncheon guests have the opportunity to discuss Drake’s current position and potential for an even better Bulldog experience in the future.

Florence Myers Wallace proudly served Drake as a member of the Board of Trustees for 37 years. During her time on the Board of Trustees, she helped to establish Drake's first Student Life committee. Florence cherished her interactions with students, and supported a strong relationship between students and the University’s leadership. We continue the tradition of enduring student voices are heard by gathering together for this luncheon every April, named in Florence’s honor.

If you're a student leader and interested in attending this luncheon, please contact Kristin Economos, Senior Director of the Adams Leadership Institute, at kristin.economos@drake.edu.
