How do I apply?

Incoming first year and transfer students: Fall 2024 incoming students, applications are now open. Please use your Drake Admission log-in credentials to access the ALI application below:

Why should I apply?

Students who participate in the Donald V. Adams Leadership Institute receive exclusive leadership training, personalized coaching appointments, professional development, peer mentoring, and scholarship opportunities. In addition, students who want to invest additional time applying their leadership skills can apply to be an ALI Peer Mentor; a paid student leadership role within the Institute as a junior or a senior. Most importantly, students in the Institute are given the opportunity to build community with other like-minded leaders on campus. Here’s what an ALI graduate had to say about their experience:
