2022 Fall Recruitment for the Interfraternity and Panhellenic councils occurred September 7^th- September 11^th, with Bid Day welcoming 145 new members to our community. The National Pan-Hellenic Council hosted their “Meet the Greeks” event on September 16^th and chapters will be hosting membership intake events throughout the year. The newest members of the Sorority community engaged in three rounds for Panhellenic and four rounds of events for IFC.

Drake University is home to 5 out of the 9 National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) organizations, which are commonly referred to as the “Divine Nine.” Some of the organizations have joint chapters with Iowa State University. The “Meet the Greeks” event gave individuals a chance to meet these chapters. The chapters in this council conduct Intake within their own scope, and don’t recruit as a Council. Panhellenic and IFC will continue to host recruitment related events throughout the semester. The best way to see which chapters are hosting recruitment or intake events is to follow them on their social media accounts.
