Anyone may submit an incident report to inform the University of the following behavior prohibited by and defined in the Sexual and Interpersonal Misconduct Policy: sexual assault, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, or retaliation.
If you or you someone you know has experienced sexual or interpersonal misconduct, you may inform the university by filing an online incident report with the Title IX Coordinator. Filing an incident report does not mean that you must participate in any university complaint resolution process, nor does it mean that you must notify law enforcement.
In addition, in accordance with University policy, all University employees (except Student Counseling and Student Health employees) must report information they have about possible sexual or interpersonal misconduct to the Title IX Coordinator.
Upon receiving a report, the Title IX Coordinator will evaluate the information received and determine what further actions should be taken. The Title IX Coordinator will take steps, either directly with the complainant or through the person making the report, to provide information about reporting options and as well as health and advocacy resources.
