WLC Major and Minors

The Department of World Languages and Cultures offers several programmatic options:

• WLC offers a Major in Spanish that requires 30 credit hours.
• A Minor in Spanish for the Medical and Health Professions, requiring 18 credit hours.
• WLC offers minors in French, German, Japanese, and Spanish requiring 18 credit hours each.
• Additionally, minors are available in East Asian Studies and Latin American Studies, requiring 21 credit hours each.
