Drake's efforts to hire and retain an examplary faculty are dependent on effective searches. In order to achieve these goals "best practice" procedures have been identified and can be found within the Faculty Recruitment Manual. These procedures apply to tenure track, non-tenure track consecutive term, and visiting positions.
