Employment Opportunites

Our department hires students as lab assistants to work in the stockroom and peer mentors to work with instructors and faculty in teaching laboratories.

Peer mentors are assigned to general and organic chemistry laboratories to provide assistance to students by engaging them in the process of learning chemistry. Peer mentors also serve as role models to students and provide them with academic wisdom and advice. To learn more about applying for a position in the Chemistry Department, contact Dr. John Gitua.
