Drake University Voice Intensive

DUCSOM invites students ages 14+ to participate in the Drake University Voice Intensive (DUVI) taking place June 8-12, 2026. This weeklong daytime camp provides students with voice lessons, coaching, classes, full choir experiences, and performance opportunities to develop their voices, build confidence in performance, and prepare for auditions. Students will get the opportunity to work one-on-one with Drake voice faculty, as well as other faculty throughout the week. Honor Vocal Jazz Ensemble

Want to be a part of a vocal jazz group with your peers?  Learn vocal jazz charts and develop small ensemble performance skills.  We'll rehearse for 15 weeks beginning January 21, 2026 taking place on Wednesdays 4-6 PM in the Turner Jazz Center on the Drake University Campus.  Participation fee: $375.  

Auditions are January 14, 2026 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM.  Sign up here!  Prepare one song of your choice (contemporary, pop, jazz, musical theatre) and the National Anthem.
