The Health Center is comprised of one nurse practitioner and 2 medical doctors. Students can get immediate answers on medical related concerns, receive remedial treatment, and assistance in connecting with local physicians and hospitals when a higher level of medical support is needed.

Services offered include (not limited to):

  • Basic physical exams
  • STD testing and treatment
  • Allergy injections
  • Family practice support
  • Women health services

Medical History Form

All full-time students must complete and return a medical history form to the Student Health Center. Submitting this form before the start of the semester is incredibly important. Students who have not completed and returned this form prior to the first day of their first semester of classes will have a hold placed on their student account until it has been completed and turned in.
