The ITS Support Center provides assistance with passwords, general technology questions, software, computer, and network related problems.

NOTE: Due to summer storm damage, the Support Center is currently located on the second floor of Collier-Scripps.

You can stop by or call 515-271-3001 for 24/7 phone support.

  • Room-related teaching emergencies: call 515-271-3002.
  • After hours campus wide outages: report to extension 3001 option 2
  • Report an issue or request assistance, and view how to information 24/7 by visiting the ITS service portal at
  • ITS has a staff member on campus Monday through Friday during the academic year until 6 p.m. to provide support for evening classes and other events
