The ITS Support Center provides assistance with passwords, general technology questions, software, computer, and network related problems.
The Support Center is located in the lower level of Carnegie Hall.
You can stop by or call 515-271-3001 for 24/7 phone support.
- Room-related teaching emergencies: call 515-271-3002.
- After hours campus wide outages: report to extension 3001 option 2
- Report an issue or request assistance, and view how to information 24/7 by visiting the ITS service portal at service.drake.edu/its
- ITS has a staff member on campus Monday through Friday during the academic year until 6 p.m. to provide support for evening classes and other events
