Maintenance Schedule & Calendar

Please note that all maintenance will be performed on the regularly scheduled maintenance dates whenever possible; however, these dates may be subject to change.

2026 Dates

General Maintenance

Systems supported by ITS may be unavailable due to routine maintenance beginning at approximately 9:00 p.m. on the Thursdays listed below. Systems may continue to be unavailable until 1:00 a.m. Friday morning.

• July 23, 2026
• August 20, 2026 (during Welcome Week)
• September 17, 2026
• October 22, 2026
• November 19, 2026
• December 17, 2026

Database Maintenance

Additional database maintenance will be from 6 to 9 a.m. on the Sundays below. The following services will be unavailable: Banner Admin pages, Self Service, ODBC, eTranscripts, and Online Balloting. ProcessMaker will be available in a limited capacity. Please plan accordingly for your ProcessMaker and Banner projects. Maintenance Freeze Periods

Minimal changes will be allowed to production systems during the following times:

• January 20-30, 2026: start of spring semester
• April 6-22, 2026: spring registration
• May 11-17, 2026: spring finals and commencement weekend
• June 3-4, 7-8, 12-13, 21-22, 25-26, 2026: new student orientation
• August 17-28, 2026: start of fall semester
• November 2-18, 2026: fall registration (expected)
• December 7-11, 2026: fall finals
