Issue with adding new accounts to the IT/Facilities Service Portal (TeamDynamix)

ITS has been made aware of an issue that is preventing the addition of new faculty, staff, and students to our IT/Facilities service portal system (TeamDynamix). Our staff is working diligently to fix this problem. In the meantime, new faculty, staff, and students won’t be able to submit tickets or be added to the system.

If you are a new faculty, staff or student and are in the system, please report any ITS issues by calling the support center at 515-271-3001. If you have a facilities issue, please have your building manager submit it on your behalf, or contact Brenda McNear.
