Automated ITS survey requests sent in error

ITS was just made aware that due to vendor maintenance in our IT Service Portal that some students, faculty, and staff received survey requests for old requests made to ITS staff.

These surveys were sent out automatically by our ticketing system and can be safely ignored. We have fixed the setting that was responsible for this error and anticipate that only surveys for newly completed requests will be sent out in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience.
