ProcessMaker and Self Service partial systems outage

As of 9:30 a.m. May 19, ITS has been made aware of an Ellucian issue affecting ProcessMaker and the Self Service Experience dashboard. Users may not be able to access these services or may experience service interruptions. Admin Pages and Self Service applications are not currently impacted. We are working with Ellucian to determine the cause and resolve the issues as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
