ITS Support Center Closed Wed 2/12 Due to Weather

Due to the impending winter storm expected to impact Drake’s campus, the ITS Support Center in Carnegie Hall will be closed for walk-in support on Wednesday, Feb. 12th. All ITS staff, including Student Techs, will work remotely.

If you need ITS support, submit a ticket at service.drake.edu/its or call 515-271-3001. ITS staff will provide remote sessions to assist or set an appointment after the storm passes.
