Self Service, Banner, eTranscripts Outage Scheduled Sunday, March 10 – 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.

ITS will be upgrading and migrating our Oracle Database infrastructure on Sunday, March 10, starting at 7 a.m. The outage is expected to last approximately 10 hours, or until 5 p.m. During this time, services such as Self Service, Banner Admin Pages, ODBC, eTranscripts, and many others that are connected to Banner (ProcessMaker) will be degraded or unavailable.
