During the 2017-2018 academic year, the Office of Institutional Research & Assessment has held two Data to Action Workshops aimed at turning data into more meaningful action steps and inviting the campus to think about ways that they can use the data.
The first Data to Action Workshop, entitled First Year Experience, was held on September 28, 2017.
The second Data to Action Workshop focused on Diversity and Inclusion and was held on February 26, 2018.

During the 2018 university learning symposium, the Office of Institutional Research & Assessment held a break-out session entitled, "Facilitating Conversations to Develop Action." The team engaged participants in the development of specific intervention strategies to enhance Drake’s climate for diversity and inclusion.
