Study Data Analytics and AI in Panama with Drake University
Drake University—ranked among the top private universities in the United States—is launching a groundbreaking academic program in Panama. Starting in August 2027, students can pursue a career-defining accelerated bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics with a minor in Artificial Intelligence from Drake’s new location at Ciudad del Saber in Panama City, or pursue a wide array of majors and minors through a "2+2" program in which the final two years are completed on Drake's U.S.-based campus in Des Moines, Iowa.
Two Program Paths
Students can choose from two paths in their pursuit of a Drake degree:
Accelerated 3-Year+ Program
Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics, minor in AI
Earn a Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics with a minor in Artificial Intelligence in Panama City at the Ciudad del Saber campus. The 3+ Program provides students with an accelerated pathway to a bachelor’s degree in three years, plus an internship with a leading Panamanian company.
2+2 Program
Two years in Panama, two years in United States
Start your degree in Panama and finish it on Drake’s U.S.-based campus in Des Moines, Iowa, with our 2+2 Program. Students have the option to continue pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or Artificial Intelligence, or to choose from many other Drake majors and minors, including Actuarial Science, Computer Science, International Business, and more.
