United Way of Central Iowa

Together, United Way of Central Iowa and Drake University strengthen our local community. The strategic vision of the United Way of Central Iowa is to unite central Iowans to foster a thriving community – one that is equitable, engaged, and empowered.

Once a year, in an effort to fund these labors, Drake University faculty and staff hold a fundraising campaign. Year after year, our employee’s generosity earns Drake University the distinction of being the #1 United Way campaign among colleges and universities in central Iowa.
