Background:

Rick Knudson, PharmD, is a Pharmacy Consulting Practice Lead and Director of Pharmacy for Berkeley Research Group LLC, a global consulting firm that helps leading organizations advance in disputes and investigations, corporate finance, and performance improvement and advisory.

Prior to joining Berkeley Research Group LLC, Dr. Knudson served as a Clinical Pharmacy Executive Director for Mount Sinai Health System based in New York, NY, and as a director at Navigate Consulting Inc, in Chicago, Illinois. He also served as a director at Premier, Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina, and as a Pharmacy Clinical Infectious Disease Specialist for Mercy Medical Center in Mason City, Iowa. Dr. Knudson served as a preceptor for students and/or an adjunct assistant professor at Drake University, the University of Iowa, and South Dakota State University from 1998 until 2004. He also oversaw residents at Mercy Medical Center in Mason City, IA from 1999 until 2004.

Dr. Knudson has served on the CPHS DELTA Rx Advisory Board since 2007. He's also served on several committees and in leadership roles with the Iowa Pharmacy Association, the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists, and the American College of Clinical Pharmacists.
