Background:

Jill Noehren, RPh, MBA, currently is self-employed as a health and pharmacy benefits consultant.  Jill left Express Scripts in April 2015 where she served a number of leadership roles in Sales and Account Management and served as Director of Research and Trend Management.  Her notable responsibilities include the oversight of 22 field-based pharmacy account managers, formulary evaluation for commercial and Medicare business segments, consistently met or surpassed client satisfaction and retention goals, and the creation of products and services to better patient outcomes.

Prior to joining Express Scripts in 2000, Jill served as the Pharmacy Manager and as the Interim Associate Director of Patient Care Services at the University of Missouri Rehabilitation Center in Mt. Vernon, MO.

Jill is a 1990 graduate of Drake University’s College of Pharmacy and later earned her MBA from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO.
