Bobbie Riley

Background: Bobbie Riley is a 1988 Graduate of the Drake University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She has worked in healthcare for over 22 years in community-based pharmacy. She has held several different positions within community pharmacy from Pharmacy Manager to her current position of Vice President of Pharmacy Operations. As Vice President of Pharmacy Operations for SUPERVALU, she currently has responsibilities for Pharmacy Operations for just under 400 pharmacies in 13 states, operating under the SUPERVALU banners of Acme, Shaw's, Shoppers, Farm Fresh and Albertson's/Sav-on, and supervises 13 Pharmacy District Managers.

She has also held various positions within Human Resources, including Manager of Pharmacy Education and Director of Recruiting and College Relations. She has been recognized by various colleges of pharmacy for her contributions, including Drake University in 1999 for the Alumni Achievement Award-College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, University of Colorado in 2003 as the Distinguished Coloradan, Purdue University in 2003 for Special Recognition Award for contributions made to the Purdue Minority Scholarship Program and again in 2007 as a Purdue Friend of Pharmacy.  She was recognized by American Drug Stores in 1998 as an Excellence Award Recipient and by Students In Free Enterprise in 1999 as a Champion of S.I.F.E. She was selected to attend the Wharton/GlaxoSmithKline Executive Management Program in 2003 and the Corporate Leadership Center & Hewitt Associates, Inc. Leading Women Executives Program in 2009.
