The College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences will prepare you for success and leadership in professional fields that offer enormous opportunity and have a tremendous impact on people’s lives.

Graduates of our Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program go on to success in both community and institutional settings. Since 1984, nearly 100 percent of our Pharmacy graduates have found professional employment or entered residency or graduate programs within six months of graduating.

Students in our Bachelor of Sciences in Health Sciences major are prepared for careers in areas as diverse as practice management, public health, pharmaceutical research, or health insurance administration. They are also able to pursue graduate study to become physical therapists, physician’s assistants, physicians, or many other types of health care professionals.

Our Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) program, Master of Athletic Training (MAT) program, Pre-Occupational Therapy track (pre-OT) and Pre-Athletic Training track (pre-AT) prepare students for rewarding careers in a variety of settings within each field. Over the next ten years, employment within these professions is projected to grow faster than average for most professions. Drake Occupational Therapy and Athletic Training graduates will be well prepared and ready for success in all areas of these two exciting fields!
