Drake's Supervisory Leadership program is an open enrollment program designed for new and emerging leaders looking to demonstrate their value and move up the leadership pipeline.

Learn effective leadership strategies and tactics in our Supervisory Leadership course. Take time to understand your personal leadership brand and how this influences your leadership effectiveness. Participants will be provided with practical tools and actionable techniques for building and managing effective teams. Who Should Attend?

New and Emerging leaders transitioning from a team member to a team leader role or those looking to move into leadership. Learn foundational competencies to successfully transition and lead an agile, collaborative, and result-driven team.

The Format

Supervisory Leadership is broken into three, 2-day sessions. The cohort model encourages an apply as you learn approach focusing on The New Leader for the first half of the program and Building Effective Teams for the second half. Learn more about each module here.
