The Maintenance Department is frequently referred to as the Skilled Trades Department.

Responsibilities of the department:

• Constant maintenance of all buildings on campus: painting, doors, flooring, windows, ceilings, roofs, wall hangings, and light carpentry duties.
• During the summer months (May-August), emphasis is placed on preparing the residence halls for new and returning student move-in each fall.

The department consists of 7 maintenance personnel.
