The support desk is the communication center for Facilities Planning and Management. FPM receives work order requests for services provided on campus. The work orders are then distributed to the different departments for completion. Over 8000 work orders are generated each year at FPM.
The TeamDynamix program is available to building contacts of each department on campus to submit and track work orders online.
To submit a work order, contact your building contact who will enter the work via the service catalog.
For a hot/cold room call, a leak or an emergency, call Public safety Support/ Dispatch (2222). They are open 24/7. Please do not submit work orders for these problems.
For emergencies after Facilities Planning and Management business hours, contact Public Safety at 2222.
