The Maintenance Department is frequently referred to as the Skilled Trades Department. 

Responsibilities of the department:

• Maintenance of all buildings on campus: painting, doors, flooring, windows, ceilings, roofs, wall hangings, and light carpentry duties.
• During the summer months (May-August), emphasis is placed on preparing the residence halls for new and returning student move-in each fall.

The department consists of six (6) maintenance personnel, two (2) electricians, and a certified master plumber.

Electricians:

• Install new electrical distribution service and provide regular repair and maintenance of existing electrical distribution service, cabling and equipment.
• Install, repair and maintain audio, video and communication cabling.
• Operate and monitor video, time and score keeping systems and equipment during sporting events.
