The Maintenance Department is frequently referred to as the Skilled Trades Department.

Responsibilities of the department:

• Constant maintenance of all buildings on campus: painting, locks and doors, carpentry, moving of furniture, boxes, etc. on campus and occasionally off campus. Click here for Office Move Procedures.
• Additional emphasis is put on the dorms at the beginning and end of each school year.

The department consists of 2 painters, 1 special skilled maintenance/painter, 1 locksmith, 1 foreperson/carpenter, 1 transport, 1 mechanic, 4 special skilled trades people.
