Stop by Human Resources on the third floor of Old Main to complete the I-9 process. This is where you can access the I-9 form and list of acceptable document to bring to HR here. Please note, to complete the I-9 process, the legal regulations require you to produce original documents—photocopies will not suffice.
To streamline your onboarding, we have compiled several required forms for you. The forms may be printed and completed prior to coming to Human Resources or you can come to HR and we will provide you with paper copies.

To obtain your Drake ID card, swing by Student Services located in the Olmsted Center. You can also acquire a parking hang-tag, office keys and add funds to your ID card for purchasing items and meals.
Before you can access email, myDrake or other campus systems, you must change your default password and set up MFA. Here are Password change instructions or contact ITS at 515-271-3001 for assistance.
As soon as you log into my.drake.edu, please visit our Internal HR Website. Start with the "New Employee Welcome Center" page. This will guide you as you begin your new position at Drake.

In addition to the completed onboarding forms, employees are required to use direct deposit which is available online. Setting Up Direct Deposit
Your first paycheck will be a physical check which will be mailed to your home address. If you prefer to acquire this paycheck in person, please contact Payroll at 515-271-3190.
