A Zimpleman College of Business education prepares students to be a force for good, contributing to the global economy and to society. We recognize that future business leaders need to not only have domain expertise, but also the skills and experience to interpret and respond to the heightened expectations that people and communities have for the private sector. The Judith A. Lindquist Scholarship for Graduate Studies in Business and Public Administration supports the mission of the Zimpleman College of Business by providing financial support to Iowa residents pursuing a graduate business degree at Drake University who demonstrate positive societal contributions and support to the ideals of diversity and representation in Drake’s student body, the college, and their field either through lived experiences or advocacy.
There are new student scholarships available through the Judith A. Lindquist Scholarship for Graduate Studies in Business and Public Administration. Two new student scholarships are available each fall, spring, and summer semester to newly admitted graduate-level business students in the Zimpleman College of Business. New students must be admitted by the priority deadline in order to apply. Scholarships are competitive and awardees are typically expected to contribute some of their own funds to tuition costs depending on personal circumstances. To apply, students must submit a New Student Judith A. Lindquist Scholarship for Graduate Studies in Business and Public Administration application and essay prior to the application deadline.
