Applications are reviewed on an on-going basis. Therefore, it is requested that all materials be submitted approximately 8 weeks prior to the beginning of the intended start term.
Application materials required for an admission review include:
Complete and digitally sign the online Application for Admission.
A current professional résumé or curriculum vitae is required. Please include information regarding current and/or past employment history as well as professional development, internships completed, and volunteer experiences.
A brief statement of interest is required with a suggested word limit of approximately 500-1000 words.
This personal statement is a request for admission and should include:
Official transcripts from every college or university previously attended are required. Any college credit earned must be accounted for before your application can be reviewed. Transcripts and other supporting materials are not returned to the applicant and become the property of Drake University.
Official transcripts are prepared and sent by the institution in question and received by Drake University in a sealed envelope or a secured .pdf file. Transcripts mailed directly to the student, must remain in the sealed envelope to be considered.
Upon the receipt of transcripts, an advisor will complete a transcript evaluation in order to determine any credit or course substitutions/transfers.
