An Important Message Regarding the Month of July

During July, some Drake University departments and services will operate with limited staff. That includes Continuing Education and Professional Development and the Registrar’s Office. If someone does not answer the phone or respond to your e-mail immediately, please know we will get back to you as soon as possible.

The Registrar’s Office will be reducing the number of times transcripts are sent between June 29 and July 19. As a result, they have provided the following schedule.

- June 29 - No transcripts will be sent this week
- July 6 - Transcripts will be sent this week
- July 13 - No transcripts will be sent this week
- July 20 - Resume regular (weekly) transcript schedule

Please note, you can order an official transcript at any time by following this link: http://getmytranscript.com/.

We appreciate your patience and plan to make this as transparent to you as possible. The Continuing Education and Professional Development Director, Chuck Sengstock, will be working in July. Thus, feel free to contact him directly if you have any questions or need something. His e-mail is chuck.sengstock@drake.edu  You may call him at (515) 271-2184
