Office of Student Records and Academic Information
The Office of Student Records and Academic Information is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all student records. Included in our responsibilities are:
- Producing student transcripts
- Creating each semester's schedule of classes
- Conducting registration each semester
- Scheduling classrooms
- Evaluating transfer credits
- Processing grades
- Maintaining all student records
- Providing degree and enrollment verifications

Stacey's primary responsibilities are in posting and equating transfer credits and producing articulation agreements.
Brina Wiuff (515) 271-3093Brina's specialties include graduation & commencement activities and the maintenance of the student degree audit system.

Kevin focuses on the creation of the schedule of classes, registration, and classroom assignments.

Complaints: In general, a complaint is defined as a concern that a policy or procedure has been incorrectly or unfairly applied or that inappropriate behavior or action has occurred. For a complaint, first discuss the problem with the staff member with which the issue originated. If you would like the complaint to move forward following this discussion, please contact the Director of Student Records.
