Partner Agencies

Do you have a project idea you need help with? Looking for volunteers?

There are many ways to partner with Drake and The Office of Community Engaged Learning & Service exists to help you navigate your way to faculty, staff, students, and other resources. If you are interested in establishing a service partnership with Drake, connect with us!

Benefits for Community Partners:

  • Increase opportunities for collaboration and the creation of possible solutions
  • Enhance services to the community
  • Gain access to university resources
  • Increase awareness of community needs
  • Encourage citizenship
  • Recruit potential employees and long term volunteers

Think outside of the box as you consider ways to engage with Drake students. We use the Pathways for Civic Action and Social Change framework, which identifies 6 strategies for creating change: Community Engaged Learning & Research, Direct Service, Philanthropy, Community Organizing and Activism, Policy & Governance, and Social Entrepreneurship and Corporate Social Responsibility.
