Pinning is a tradition welcoming pharmacy, occupational therapy, health sciences and nursing students to the final phase of their education at their internships, rotations, capstone experiences, or fieldwork.

A symbolic milestone since 1988, the white and blue coat ceremonies mark the beginning of professional education for pharmacy, nursing, and occupational therapy students.
