Christopher Decker Scholarship |
The Christopher Decker Scholarship is intended to recognize future pharmacists who emulate Chris’s legacy of innovation, collaboration, mutual respect, positivity, and his call to action to be “Difference Makers.” Student applicants must be enrolled in a Doctor of Pharmacy degree program at a school of pharmacy located in Iowa or Wisconsin, graduate between 2023-2026, and be an Iowa Pharmacy Association or Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin member to apply. A student is eligible to receive one Christopher Decker Scholarship during their time in pharmacy school. The application document must be downloaded and sent as a Word doc to info@pswi.org. |

PCCA Student Scholarship Contest | Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA) holds an annual scholarship contest for students to share their vision for compounding pharmacy. Prizes include registration, airfare, and accommodations to the PCCA International Seminar and the ACT Legislative Conference. | |
Pharmacists Mutual Community Pharmacy Scholarship Program | To be eligible, pharmacy students must be a P2 or P3 and plan to practice in: • an independent or small chain community pharmacy, or • an underserved geographic or cultural community, preferably in an independent or small chain community pharmacy. Interested students will submit an electronic application, college transcript, letter of recommendation from a faculty member or advisor, and an essay describing their interest in practicing in an independent or small chain community setting or in an underserved community. Their essay should describe steps they have taken to prepare themselves for their chosen practice setting. The essay, reference information and transcript must be submitted electronically. students can access the scholarship application and submit the required documents via the Pharmacists Mutual website. |

Fink Family Scholarship | The American Society for Pharmacy Law (ASPL) established the Fink Family Scholarship to support a pharmacist who: (1) is attending law school; (2) demonstrates academic, professional, or service-related achievement; and (3) is most likely to use a law degree to further such achievement and to contribute to the benefit of society. The $5,000 scholarship is a one-time, non-renewable award and will be administered by ASPL. The recipient will also receive a one-year complimentary student membership in ASPL. | May |
Ken Baker Memorial Scholarship | The American Society for Pharmacy Law (ASPL) awards the Ken Baker Memorial Scholarship to support students in pharmacy and pharmacy law to attend the annual ASPL Developments in Pharmacy Law Seminar where they will: 1) attend up to 15 hours of continuing education sessions; and 2) network with industry professionals from across the country. Funding for this scholarship is subject to vary year to year based upon the operational funds available to ASPL. | September |
