Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree in Education and his Masters degree in Theatre from Missouri State University and his Ph.D. in Theatre from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. A professor at Drake since 2000, he offers courses in Theatre History, Dramatic Literature, Directing, Acting and Playwriting in addition to directing productions for the Department of Theatre Arts.
