Career Services Center

Professional and career development is an important part of your Drake education that begins in your first year on campus.

Before you graduate, you will have a solid foundation of academic achievement, interview and internship experiences, and the skills and knowledge to succeed in your chosen field. We encourage every student to pursue internships‌ and provide a number of tools and avenues to do so. In fact, most business students complete more than one major-related experience before graduation.

Beyond the classroom, the Zimpleman Career Services Center is an important resource available every weekday for undergraduate and graduate business students. The center is located in Aliber Hall, room 201, and hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Individual appointments for career exploration
• Mock interviews
• On-campus recruiting
• Career events
• Job shadows
• Networking events
• Online internship and job posting board (Handshake)
