Professional and career development is an important part of your Drake education that begins in your first year on campus.
Before you graduate, you will have a solid foundation of academic achievement, interview and internship experiences, and the skills and knowledge to succeed in your chosen field. We encourage every student to pursueinternships and provide a number of tools and avenues to do so. In fact, most business students complete more than one major-related experience before graduation.
Beyond the classroom, the Zimpleman Career Services Center is an important resource available every weekday for undergraduate and graduate business students. The center is located in Aliber Hall, room 201, and hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
We are currently working on our 2026-2027 programming. If you are an alum or part of an organization that would like to participate, please contact the Career Services staff atcareer.services@drake.eduor call 515-271-4715.
