This semester, we will host Fitness on Demand classes in the studio twice per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00–4:00 PM.
These sessions offer a flexible opportunity to:
Explore new class formats
Experience programs not currently offered on our live Group Fitness schedule
Recharge mid-afternoon before evening classes, homework, clubs, and other campus activities
Week 1 (1/27 & 1/29): Strength
Week 2 (2/3 & 2/5): Cardio Dance
Week 3 (2/10 & 2/12): Pilates
Week 4 (2/17 & 2/19): Dumbbell Training
Week 5 (2/24 & 2/26): Step
Week 6: No classes – Spring Break
Week 7 (3/3 & 3/5): Foam Rolling & Recovery
Week 8 (3/10 & 3/12): HIIT
Week 9 (3/24 & 3/26): Cycling
Week 10 (3/31 & 4/2): Kick Boxing
Week 11 (4/7 & 4/9): Meditation & Breathwork
Week 12 (4/14 & 4/16): Stretching & Mobility
