Malgorzata Kolotylo-Kulkarni, Ph.D.

Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Business Analytics

Malgorzata Kolotylo-Kulkarni has received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from Florida International University, specializing in Management Information Systems. Her research spans healthcare IS and cognitive IS. She examines how holistic well-being—physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual—can be cultivated in a world increasingly shaped by technology. She is particularly interested in the role that information technology plays across different aspects of lifestyle, such as health and relationships, and in identifying how its use can most effectively support personal well-being. Her research has been published in the Journal of Medical Internet Research and the Journal of Business Research. Prior to joining academia, she worked as an IT Business Analyst and Internet Marketing Manager across Europe.
