Master of Science in Leadership Development (MSLD)
The MSLD is accepting applications for the spring of 2021. This flexible and practical leadership master’s degree is designed for learning adults and highly applicable for Human Resource professionals. You may take the courses online or face-to-face (please see the important note about COVID-19, below). For additional information CLICK HERE. Important Note: Next Spring, because of the COVID-19 Pandemic, our students may choose to complete the courses online or synchronously via Zoom.
MSLD HR Courses in the Spring
You may take up to two MSLD courses before being officially admitted to the program, as a “visiting student.” In the spring, we are offering two courses that are highly applicable to HR professionals: Learning and Technology (MSLD 212) and Designing, Developing, and Delivering Learning (MSLD 214). Learning and Technology will introduce you to a wealth of free or low-cost tools to enhance your virtual meetings, communications, and online training. Designing and Delivering Learning will help you develop memorable, creative, and effective learning solutions applicable for employee orientations, meetings, and formal training programs.
