World Cup champion Briana Scurry in Des Moines

Drake University has joined several community partners alongside Principal Financial Group, Krause Group and Can Play to bring host Briana Scurry, two-time Olympic gold medalist and World Cup champion goalkeeper, in Des Moines!

This is a free community event. Register here! Scurry will share her inspirational story of being a U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team Gold Medalist and overcoming obstacles. The first 75 people in attendance will receive a copy of Scurry’s book, “My Greatest Save.”  

Keynote starts at 3 p.m. with cocktails and a book signing following.
