Establish a working group to recommend criteria for evaluating reduced credit hour (RCH) degree proposals, a process for vetting and assessing RCH degree proposals, and provide recommendations by the end of the fall 2025 semester. The group will be empaneled before the end of the spring 2025 semester; some work will be conducted over the summer, with the bulk of the work happening in the fall 2025 semester.
