Dr. Emily Airhart has been teaching cello, piano, and violin lessons since 2015. Her approach to teaching is individualized to each student, with a mix of scales, études, standard and lesser-known repertoire, movie/pop music, and music theory incorporated.
Dr. Airhart has experience as a solo, chamber, and orchestral musician. She received degrees from Drake University (B.M Cello Performance, 2017) and the University of Iowa (M.A Cello Performance, 2020; D.M.A Cello Performance & Pedagogy, 2022). Her most memorable performance is getting to perform with Michael Bublé.
