Biography
Dr. Mike Daly believes that meaningful learning begins with a clear vision of success. Inspired by Stephen Covey's principle to "begin with the end in mind," he encourages students to define their goals early and understand how each learning experience prepares them for the next step in their professional journey. His teaching philosophy is rooted in ability-based education, helping students build the knowledge, skills, and attitudes they need to succeed. By identifying areas for growth and providing individualized guidance, coaching, and support, he empowers students to reach their full potential. Above all, Dr. Daly believes strong relationships are the foundation of effective teaching.
