The Drake University Community Chorus (DUCC) is a non-auditioned vocal ensemble open to all Drake University students, faculty, and staff, as well as interested community singers in the Des Moines area. The ensemble typically consists of 100+ singers and rehearses weekly on Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm-8:00pm. DUCC performs at the end of each academic semester, often singing major choral/orchestral works and a variety of smaller works of many styles. The ensemble is conducted by Dr. Josh Boggs.
