Human Resources - Required Paperwork
Stop by Human Resources on the third floor of Old Main to complete the I-9 process. This is where you canaccess the I-9 form and list of acceptable documentto bring to HR here. Please note, to complete the I-9 process, the legal regulations require you to produce original documents—photocopies will not suffice.
To streamline your onboarding, we have compiled several required forms for you. The forms may be printed and completed prior to coming to Human Resources or you can come to HR and we will provide you with paper copies.
Once you have your my.drake.edu credentials, you can access our internal website and visit theNew Employee Welcome Centerfor further instructions and important information about working at Drake.
Before you can access email, myDrake or other campus systems, you must change your default password and set up MFA. Here arePassword change instructionsor contact ITS at 515-271-3001 for assistance.
Human Resources Internal Website
As soon as you log into my.drake.edu, please visit our Internal HR Website. Start with the "New Employee Welcome Center" page. This will guide you as you begin your new position at Drake.

Direct Deposit
In addition to the completed onboarding forms, employees are required to usedirect depositwhich is available online.Setting Up Direct Deposit
Your first paycheck will be a physical check which will be mailed to your home address. If you prefer to acquire this paycheck in person, please contact Payroll at Payroll@drake.edu or 515-271-3190.
