Please contact our office 60 days prior to your anticipated move in date to review any available properties.
We will show vacant houses and apartments during our office hours.
No pets are allowed in any Drake Real Estate properties.
The deposit is equal to one month rent; additionally, at the time that the lease is signed, the first month rent is due. Both the deposit and first month rent should be paid in the Cashier's office. The deposit will be refunded to you when you move out, provided that no damages have been done to the property, you have returned your key, have fulfilled your nine month lease, proper notice is given, and all University charges have been paid.
Our leases are for nine months, and month-to-month thereafter.
We do not generally allow any type of alteration of the property.
The 60-day notice to vacate must be given in writing, and must contain your name and address, and the date that you will be completely moved out. You may come to our office and complete a form, or download the form from this website and return to Brandi Wright at brandi.wright@drake.edu.
