Message From the Dean
Welcome to the Zimpleman College of Business, where business is more than profit; it is a powerful force for good.
At Zimpleman, we offer premier business programs, professional education, and lead centers and institutes where we strive to prepare students to succeed in a complex, dynamic, and challenging world. Being a student here means being a part of a community that challenges you to think boldly, lead ethically, and act with purpose. You will develop the tools to analyze data, manage teams, and launch ventures. Equally important, you will learn to ask: How does this decision serve the greater good? You will work with real-world projects that address real-world problems, and graduate with the knowledge and values to make a difference. When you are a Zimpleman student, my promise to you is that you will stand out as:

Our faculty are the foundation of our college. They are not only scholars and experts but also mentors and changemakers. They bring research to life in the classroom, creating knowledge that challenges norms and opens doors. Their dedication fuels our momentum and reminds us that teaching business for good is both a responsibility and a calling. Relatedly, the staff in our college support our students, faculty, and alumni and provide a foundation to assist in shaping future leaders.
It is an incredible responsibility to steward a college committed to educating with purpose, leading with integrity, and making a meaningful difference in the world. I am proud of what we have accomplished in Zimpleman and even more excited for what lies ahead.
