Bulldog Bucks

Bulldog Bucks provide a flexible and convenient way to purchase everything from food to a load of laundry. Simply load funds onto your Drake Card and scan like you would a debit or credit card instead of using cash. Bulldog Bucks will be cleared at the end of each academic year (end of spring semester—May).

Bulldog Bucks cover:

  • Drake dining facilities, including concession stands and C-store
  • Laundry
  • Printing costs
    • The University adds $20 pre-loaded for all full-time students.  These funds are labeled in the printing system as Bulldog Bucks, but can be used only for printing - if you use the initial $20, you can use Bulldog Bucks to cover any additional printing expense.  The $20 from the University cannot be used for food or laundry.
    • Bulldog Bucks can be used for printing, but for printing costs, technical printing support or information about the PaperCut system, contact Drake Technology Services.

For any additional questions or concerns about your Bulldog Bucks account, do not hesitate to contact us.

See below for an update on what your Printing balance may look like.  The $20 balance currently labeled "Bulldog Bucks" is the amount loaded from the university for full-time students.
